NB: Reactor refurbishment delayed again

[POINT LEPREAU, NB] — CBC News is reporting that the Point Lepreau nuclear reactor, currently under refurbishment by Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd., was scheduled to be up and running by early next year — actually 16 months behind schedule — but it is now facing more delays.
