Of all the things that the Federal Government has funded in Atlantic Canada in the last 40 years, this vital piece of infrastructure is the project that is central to hope for Cape Breton. Yes, the Federal Government should fund this project.

I suggest that this man is either a clear dirtbag who could care less about any pronises he has made oir he is a moron!
Either way the people of Nova Scotia at taking it on the nose due to this dirtbag lawyer who is no in Halifax.
