Two tenders should be called this weekend— June 30-31—for roadwork on highways in central Newfoundland.

Trans Canada Highway , Port Anson Road

A tender is set to be called for the rehabilitation of approximately 2.3 kilometres of Route 390 from the Trans Canada Highway to Indian Brook Bridge.

A tender will also be called for work to be done on approximately 1.5 kilometres of Port Anson Road (Route 381).

Newfoundland & Labrador is investing just over $60 million in the 2012 Provincial Roads Improvement Program.
