Newfoundland & Labrador Minister of Transportation and Work Tom Hedderson announced a tender for paving and sub-grade work on the CBS Bypass, from the Legion Road Interchange towards Seal Cove, Aug. 3.

“The CBS Bypass is of great importance to many commuters who travel throughout the northeast Avalon,” Hedderson said. “This new asphalt will enhance a vital link in the provincial transportation network, and support the transportation needs of one of the fastest growing areas in the province.”

The tender will close on August 16, and work is expected to begin in September.
