[STEPHENVILLE, NL] — Results from tests have confirmed high-grade mineralization as a result of prospecting along the Four Corners Magnetic Anomaly.

The Four Corners Project is fully owned and operated by the Four Corners Mining Corporation and its parent company Triple Nine Resources Ltd.

Len Muise, chairman and chief executive officer, said Triple Nine Resources is proving it has the potential to host large bulk tonnage of iron ore (magnetite), titanium and vanadium resource.

Prospecting along the Four Corners Magnetic Anomaly during the 2011 Airborne ElectroMagnetic Survey, confirm widespread enrichments of the minerals mentioned, with high-grade values of iron oxide, titanium oxide and vanadium pentoxide, as recently determined by Actlabs of Ontario.

This particular area was selected first for prospecting as it is the largest of the four anomalies interpreted and modeled by SJ Geophysics of Delta, B.C. with a strike length of at least 4.5-kilometres long and up to 1.5-km in width making it much larger than what’s known as the Keating Hill East Anomaly, located five kilometres east and the initial MAG target that has been the focus of exploration work since 2009.

Muise said the recent results are one of the most significant exploration results on the property since exploration began at Keating Hill in 2009. He said to achieve these results at such an early stage of prospecting is very encouraging.

In addition, prospecting and sampling carried out by contract prospector Shawn Rose in late November uncovered platinum group elements mineralization in outcrop and sub-outcrop, which was the first discovery of this type on the Four Corners project, that include platinum and palladium, accompanied by some gold content.

As a result of these highly positive results, 100 new mining claims have been staked to cover another 2.5-km of potential strike length increasing the number of claims to 364 covering 23,105 acres or 9,354.25 hectares.

Muise said the magnetite mineralization now uncovered along the Four Corners Magnetic Anomoly confirms the strong magnetic responses that were detected during the 2011 Airborne ElectroMagnetic Survey are being produced by iron ore (magnetite), titanium and vanadium mineralization.

He said together with the three years of positive surface and drilling results at the Keating Hill East Anomaly demonstrate all five anomalies identified to date suggest five distinct mineralized zones within the project area.

These new targets will now be earmarked for detailed exploration, along with the planned drilling program scheduled in 2012 for the advancement of the Keating Hill East Anomaly.
